How do I place an order?
The process is very simple. We provide several choices to make creating your invitations easy to do. For brides wanting the most elegant wedding invitations, our invitation site allows you to customize the perfect invitation or announcement to share your special day.

Quick Turnaround Time (Most items in 24 - 48 Hours)
We do not produce mail-order catalogs. See "Samples".
We can print foreign languages when the letters are from the English alphabet. In addition, we offer Spanish verses for wedding and Quince Años ensembles.
We & Carlson Craft reserve the right to refuse to print any copy that may be considered harassing, profane or abusive in nature.
We do our best to make sure each item is shipped exactly as it is ordered. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have a concern with your order.

We use “VeriSign,” the industry standard to provide protection for your credit card information. Your credit card number will be encrypted for safe transmission. We DO NOT store your credit card number after your order has been completed. You will need to re-enter your credit card every time you make a purchase. Your privacy is respected.
Checking Order Status
Simply click on the “Order Status/Reorder” link on the home page. You will need your confirmation number and zip code to recall your order. The status of your order will be displayed. If your order has shipped, you will be able to track it online.
If you’ve sent your order and you’ve found you’ve made a mistake, please call us immediately. We will confirm the status of your order, and will let you know if a change can be made. Please note additional fees may be required to stop your order to make a change. We encourage you to look over your order very carefully before sending it to avoid the cost of having it reprinted.
$10.00 Service Fee for each part of your order you request to cancel. If order has already been printed you will be charged full price of order.
Contact us immediately if you discover you need to increase the quantity. We will try to catch the order before it’s printed. The price for an additional 25 is always a better value than a new order for 25. Consider ordering an extra 25 in case of mistakes or last minute additions. If your order cannot be stopped before it is printed, we will notify you, and you will be charged the new order price.
To place a reorder, please select the “Order Status/Reorder” link on the home page. You will need your confirmation number and zip code to recall your previous order. You can make the changes you want by editing your order and resubmitting it.
Because our production time is so fast, we are unable to rush your order once it is in-house. However, we suggest you choose an expedited shipping method on the shipping screen to ensure the quickest delivery.
Wedding Invitations, stationery, anniversary products, baby products, greeting cards and special occasion invitations will ship in
24 - 48 Hours
We do provide international shipping to countries serviced by UPS. You may select the “International Shipping Available” link on the home page for a complete listing of the countries. Charges are based on weight and destination. In addition, Customs Duties and all Taxes are additional charges not included in this invoice and are the responsibility of the receiver due upon receipt of shipment.
NOTE: Most orders are shipped UPS Ground Service. Be sure to add on the appropriate shipping time (2-7 days) based on your location and shipping service level. For an expedited shipping service, please indicate method on shipping screen.
Can I choose my own text?
Absolutely. This is part of what makes our stationery so unique. Everything is custom.
What types of payment do you accept?
All orders are processed through PayPal. You do not need to have an account to pay via PayPal.
